Are you a candidate for the Student Council with lots of innovative ideas but struggling to find a way to conquer your voters’ attention? Well, do not panic because we are here for you, ready to explain in a few steps how to start your electoral campaign on the web!

First of all, give your voters a description of yourself.

Just some important things about you, not only  qualities but even some flaws (nobody is perfect but everyone is perfectible) to show your mates in the most humane way how close  you are to them.

Your presentation will be filmed, edited in a captivating and fascinating way and then published on the social pages of your school. If you still don’t have one, what are you waiting for? Just do it!

By doing so you will have immediate feedback through shares, likes and comments.

Once you have obtained the attention of your followers, it is important to be able to maintain a constant dialogue and discussion with them. You have to listen to their proposals and requests and give them answers as soon as possible!

On the other hand, the web can also be full of risks, that’s why you should be very careful with the stuff you post and take the whole thing seriously.

We interviewed the President of the Student Council of a school in our city who, due to the pandemic, had to face her candidacy on the web.

“The worst aspects of the web are that everything you say stays there and that there isn’t human contact with the students. You need to know how to express concepts in a simple and impactful way and to know how to attract attention. We have many future projects and the web will be essential to be able to realize them.”

Here we are, these are our tips, now it’s up to you. Good luck!
