Nowadays we are all part of the big family of social networks, especially Instagram, so it is imperative to follow Chiara Ferragni. She has been put into the Forbes Europe list as one of the most influential persons; moreover, Chiara is one of the most important names in the digital market, according to the Financial Times, then she is the most popular influencer in Italy, also known internationally.

Fascinated by the world of fashion, in 2009, she interrupted her legal studies to create, together with her boyfriend Riccardo, the blog ‘The Blonde Salad’. Although he was initially skeptical, following a trip to the USA for a master in marketing, he began to support Chiara. The girl started to show herself in all her facets, dressing all kinds of clothes and giving advice on fashion and styling; her strength, that attracts readers, is to show herself as she simply is.

Subsequently, to reach a wider audience, she started sharing her contents in both Italian and English thus acquiring more views; in fact, a few months after the formation of the Blog, the first invitation arrived from Milan Fashion Week and from the MTV TRL awards where she presented her first shoe model. Following the visibility acquired thanks
to this, she was named Blogger of the Moment by Teen Vogue, precisely this paved the way for a collaboration with Guess.

Her Made in Italy brand was born in 2013: Chiara Ferragni Collection. From clothes to footwear, to accessories to date, with the new born line her brand has formed dozens of chain stores all over the world, enjoying success and promotion by buyers. In the same 2013 the visits to the blog decrease, for this reason, Chiara and Riccardo created a new business plan transforming The Blond Salad into a magazine and the blog into an editorial project. In the meantime, Instagram was born and clearly also on this social network Chiara gained success reaching 23.3 million followers in 2021. Also thanks to Instagram, Chiara has further increased her earnings and collaborations with well-known brands such as Swarovski, Pomellato and Pantene. Thanks to her popularity, in recent months she has increased visits to the Uffizi in Florence due to a photo taken in front of Botticelli’s Venus but also the turnover of the Tod’s company of which she has become a member. Therefore, Chiara Ferragni is the concrete example of determination, ambition, perseverance and entrepreneurial spirit that has led her to be one of the most popular fashion bloggers today.
