World Laughter day is celebrated all over the world on the first Sunday of May, but this year it is celebrated today. Born in 1998, thanks to the Indian doctor Madan Kataria founder of the Laughter Yoga movement, the event embraces the whole world in a chorus of laughter to bring a sign of hope and PEACE to all the nations of the Earth. Laughing is a spontaneous action that makes us feel better immediately, makes us remove stress and worries and it is good for our body. This year is a special year, because so many people, especially young people, need to smile ; during this pandemic we have almost lost the desire to laugh. Luckily,  we are  still going to school , attending classes; at school we can laugh for a while, but let’s hope things will be fine!
