Why nobody talks and everyone is ashamed to say what the DDL ZAN is?

The DDL Zan, is a law proposal  provides for increased penalities against crimes and discrimination towards homosexual, transexual, women and disable people.  This law proposal intended to expand a law already available, but which  didn’t mention discrimination regarding sexual orientation or sexual identity.  The DDL takes the name of its creator, the deputy of PD Alessandro Zan, he is an LGBT activist, known to have obtained and promoted the first register of couples de facto  including homosexual ones.  LGBT is an acronym to define a community of people whose sexual orientation or identity doesn’t fall within the traditional conception of the man-woman relationship. The Zan proposal sparked a strong debate among both politicians and public opinion. According to some politicians this law abolishes the concept of natural family and the sexual identity of each one. However unfortunately this law was not approved because of the  persistence of prejudices and unmotivated fears.   We live in a country, where in many families, homosexuality is considered a disease. It happens that  boys or girls are kicked out of their homes, because their families are worried about what the others think of them.

There are also parents who turn to the doctor to take care of their children because of their sexual preference .Even in the present day there are debates about race, as if the human being can be judged by the colour of his skin. We hear on TV and on social networks about racial or homophobic violence. In 2021 there was an increase of 28% in cases of threats and blackmail suffered by LGBT people, including  episodes of bullying, cyberbullying and mobbing.
