PLAYSTATION 5

Ps5  is the latest video game console created by  Sony. The first news about the PlayStation 5 came from the chief architect, Mark Cerny, in an interview with Wired in April 2019. Sony predicted that PlayStation 5 would be its next generation console and that it would be shipped worldwide within the end of 2020. In early 2019, Sony’s financial report for the quarter ending March 31, 2019, stated that the next-generation console was in development but that sales would not begin until April 2020.

Subsequently, on January 7, 2020, on the occasion of CES 2020, Sony announced the hardware architecture and the official logo of PS5.

On March 18, 2020, through an interview released by Digital Foundry, Mark Cerny announced the names of some of the individual hardware components that would characterize the PlayStation 5.

On April 7, 2020, the design of the new DualSense wireless controller for PS5 was announced, via social media and a press release published on the PlayStation.blog.
