People often talk about preferring outdoor sports  to indoor sports. What are the real benefits of exercising outdoors?

Research has shown that doing sports outside lowers a person’s blood pressure and heart rate which prevents various conditions, it also strengthens your bones and muscles, improves your balance and coordination and it has really positive effects on self-esteem and mental health. This is  why it is advisable to do sports outside if you suffer from any mental illnesses.

Going to the gym can  be expensive at times therefore you probably might not want to spend all that money on it and just exercise somewhere else like outdoors.

Outdoor activities are also a great way to connect with nature which deepens your connection to your environment and enhances your appreciation of  beauty around you.
