Fresh from an impressive road victory in Catanzaro, EcoJump Messina Basket School is preparing for one of the most anticipated games of the sixth round against group leaders Dinamo Brindisi. Marketing Manager Alberto Frassica has called on the yellow-and-red supporters to create a packed arena capable of inspiring the team. Following last Sunday’s important win in Catanzaro, Messina will face one of the league’s top teams, currently sharing first place with Matera and Ragusa. A large crowd is expected at the PalaTracuzzi thanks to several community initiatives promoted by the club. Frassica outlined the programme, including the involvement of local schools and the club’s youth sector, whose players will accompany the team onto the court. “Facing Brindisi is a crucial game against one of the league leaders, so we need the full support of our fans. We want the PalaTracuzzi to be filled with families and children, creating nonstop support that can give our players an extra push. We have invited ten schools from across the city and the response has been excellent. We expect a fantastic atmosphere because these are valuable points and the enthusiasm of our supporters can lead us to victory.” Season ticket sales have also been encouraging, with more than 200 memberships already sold—double last season’s figure. “This is an important sign of confidence from our city,” Frassica added. “I invite everyone to continue supporting EcoJump Messina Basket School, a true sporting asset for Messina. We have a high-quality team that takes the court every Sunday to give our fans exciting basketball. Let’s fill the stands and proudly wear our yellow-and-red colours.”
