Millie Bobby Brown is a young and very famous British actress well known all over the world. Millie was born on 19th February 2004 in Spain in Marbella , but at the age of four she moved to England and then at the age of seven she decided to act nothwithstanding her hearing disability. In her interview for Variety, she revealed all the details about her hearing disability. Millie was born with partial hearing loss. After years of trying to regain hearing and after many and many procedures and tubes she had to have as a child, her hearing was completely gone from one ear.
She has been very successful starring in many movies and tv series, but the one that made her popular was Stranger Things, a Netflix series. To play this character called “Eleven”she had to shave her hair to zero . Millie was bullied and she had to study at home for that .
Her first film was “Once upon a time in wonderland” in 2013.
At the age of 14 she was appointed “goodwill ambassador for Unicef” , the youngest ambassador ever and she was grateful for this honour.
Millie has appeared on many magazines for example : Vogue, Glamour, Mujerhoy etc…..and she also had collaborations with Convers, vogue, Pandora.
On August 20th 2019 Millie has announced her new make up line called “Florence by Mills”.
On 30th November 2020 Millie unsubscribed from TikTok with over 16 million followers for toxic comments and serious allegations of homophobia and racism. But Millie didn’t just delete her TikTok profile , she also deleted her instagram photos again because of the insults , but leaving the ads alone.
On 23th September 2020 “Enola Holmes” was released, The main character is Millie who plays Enola . The film was very successful and by 2022 the second part will be released. This year the 4th season of “Stranger things” should come out.
Even though she is so young she had been suffering a lot for the loss of her best friend who died of cancer in 2017, but still she is moving on with a smile on her face.
