Let’s not forget about pollution

In this period we are not talking about pollution which is one of the problems of all the countries of the world. According to the Unicef Innocenti Research Center, some developed countries, which therefore have a high environmental impact, are causing serious problems to children all over the world because they guarantee healthy and clean environments. Many children breathe toxic air and, according to tests, have lead in their blood, that is one of the most dangerous environmental toxic substances. The countries that provide healthy environments for children are Finland and Norway, they are among the major liables for the pollution that destroys the environments of other countries with the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) and the presence of electronic waste. For the moment, in Italy there isn’t this problem even if there are housing problems. In fact, according to the report, 10% of families with children have difficulty in heating their homes and 5,9% of children, under 6 years, live in serious housing conditions. Unfortunately, this is another of the many problems caused by pollution. The emissions of substances are not only dangerous for the environment but also for human health, in fact it can damage lungs, brain and cognitive development, with consequences that can be permanent. Unicef, one of associations that protects children all over the world, asks all governments to establish measures to reduce waste, pollution and guarantee excellent housing conditions It is necessary to pay attention to Sicily where recently they have been built storage facilities for nuclear waste put in barrels and buried and to the war between Russia-Ukraine in which they are really thinking of using nuclear bombs that represent a big danger not only for health but also for all humanity!
