How can I blame myself?

Hi, I am Paola, I am 13 years old and I am a student of the “ICS Salvatore Casella” school in Pedara. I spent these 2 years of covid at home, I became colder, withdrawn and lonely, how can I blame myself, I didn’t see anyone other than my parents. To go on with the school program we used a platform called “Google classroom”, this allows you to create a class or more, to invite students, to create assignments and to carry out video lessons. So in the morning, from 8:30 to 13:55 (approximately), I connected to follow the lesson, in the afternoon I had nothing to do, the sport could not be done because the gyms were closed, you could only go out for reasons of health, work, and shopping. In recent years I have never taken covid, as have my parents, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my brother: he suffered covid for a week, then fortunately he recovered. I am very happy that slowly the situation is resolving and we are returning to normal!
