Today is the day dedicated to our beloved Earth. It is celebrated by 193 Countries all over the world. This anniversary was born in 1962 with the book Silent spring by Rachel Carson. It is a date to reflect on pollution, ecosystems and the exhaustion of non- renewable energies, the importance of recycling of materials. It marks the anniversary of the modern environmental movement in 1970s. We must love our Earth and respect it and take care of it. It is important not to pollute it, not to throw cigarettes, papers, bottles, plastic… ; we have a house, we have parks to play, we have squares to meet our friends, so let’s always respect our planet !
