DANCE, AN ANCIENT ART OF BENEFITS.

Dance is an art that is expressed in the  body movement, according to a choreography or through improvisation. It is present  in all human cultures; in western culture it is documented since prehistoric times together with other arts, such  theatre and vocal instrumental music. Dance was introduced in religious ceremonies and ancient Egyptians used it for both entertainment and religion. You can find different genres, such as classical dance, modern,  contemporary and folk.
Dance is the way we express ourselves without speaking. We dance for physical fitness, for  emotional stability, for fun.  Dance  promotes good health, it can reduce stress, depression, because it is a funny  activity that sharpens the mind, it increases strength, it builds social bonds. What are you waiting for? …  Let’s dance!
