Cyberbullying is bullying with the use of digital technologies. Today we talk more and more of cyberbullying as the use of technologies is increasingly frequent among children and young people. All this happens through the use of images, videos, messages, emails that allow cyberbullies to insult, blackmail, threaten and consequently harass, in a repeated behavior. The victims do not know how to defend themselves.
The emotional effects can last a long time and affect a person in many ways: you can feel mentally angry, stupid or upset; you can feel a losing interest in the things you love ; you can feel tired, or you can experience aches and headaches.
If you think you’re being bullied, the first step is to seek help from someone you trust, such as your parents, a close family member, or another trusted adult!
