In the southern Mediterranean Sea, Malta is your perfect summer escape. Plenty of alluring beaches across Malta and its sister islands – Gozo and Comino, make it one of the best beach holiday destinations in Europe. Maltese coast is also famous for stunning underwater caves and fascinating Marine life. This island country is a paradise for people who loves little cities and history, because that’s full of cultural sites with a great past. Malta is steeped in thousands of years of history and home to many prehistoric UNESCO World Heritage sites.

In my top 3 more interesting cities to visit have with no doubts Malta’s Capital City, Valletta, it’s a must-visit tourist attraction in Malta and one of the smallest capital cities in Europe. Founded in the 16th century, Valletta is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. One of the main tourist attractions in Valletta is the magnificent Saint John’s Co-Cathedral. This cathedral’s interior is very ornate and beautifully decorated. It also shows paintings by Italian painter Caravaggio. That was a great place!
Another stop is in Mdina. This city was once the capital of this country and is filled with many medieval buildings. Also, from here, you will get a magnificent view out to Malta and the Mediterranean Sea. Other than the residents, no outside car is permitted inside the city walls in fact there are a lots of carriages. This city it’s so cool, everyone could get lost in the streets, and the view was amazing!
In the end, not least, we have St.Julian that have an awesome night life. There is a wide variety of bars, clubs, pubs, restaurants and wine bars, and even festivals take place here like st. Patrik festival, that takes places in the moment that we arrived. Even during the day this city have a lots to offer, but i prefer the night life part.
