Who is he?
Valentino Rossi is a motorcycle, automotive and sports executive. He is the most famous Italian motorcycling rider, thanks to the 9 world titles he won. He is the only driver in the world to have won in four classes of different categories. His career began in 1996 and ended in 2021. Throughout his professional career he has always used the 46 as a race number, even in the years in which he had the opportunity to show off the 1 of reigning champion, as this was the number previously used in the world championship both by his father, and later by a Japanese rider of whom he was very passionate, Norifumi Abe; from the latter Rossi also drew inspiration for his first nickname at the beginning in the 125 class, Rossifumi, which was followed by Valentinik with the passage to the 250 class and finally The Doctor after the first title obtained in the premier class (which still accompanies him today ).
