Reflecting on my trip to Malta, I was surrounded by fascinating history, lively culture, and beautiful natural scenery right in the heart of the Mediterranean. The active harbor and busy streets of St. Julian’s quickly drew me in with their Mediterranean charm. The smell of fresh seafood mixed with the sound of friendly chatter in small, cozy cafes really showed the welcoming nature of Maltese hospitality. Walking along the seafront, I enjoyed the calm views of the dark blue sea and the boats swaying gently.
Visiting Spinola Bay was a special part of my time in St. Julian’s. Seeing colorful fishing boats against the pretty Maltese townhouses made for a lovely and magical scene. I loved taking slow walks, looking at the old buildings and enjoying the quiet atmosphere, especially beautiful when the sun set and the bay was glowing in golden light.
Going deeper into Malta, I explored Mdina, a medieval city with narrow, cobblestone streets full of history. Walking through its winding alleys felt like going back in time, as I soaked in the rich history of this ancient city.
