Cory Monteith, the Canadian actor and musician known for his role as Fin Hudson,the quarterback , in the Fox television series Glee, had a troubled adolescence, maybe, because of the divorce of his parents. After that, in fact, at the age of13, he started to abuse alcohol, marijuana and to play truant , till the age of 16 when he dropped out the school. Unfortunately his drug and alcohol dependency increased and Monteith turned to petty crimes, such as stealing money from friends and family. After an intervention of family and friends, he entered drug rehabilitation but on July 13th, 2013 he was found dead in a room the Fairmont Pacific Rim of Vancouver, from a mixed drug toxicity consisting of heroin and alcohol, as the autopsy reported and his death appeared accidental.
Naya Rivera , American actress, singer and model, in 2009, was signed up as Santana Lopez, a high school cheerleader and a strong-tempered girl, in Fox‘s musical comedy series Glee. Her family owned a boat that the actress used to reach Lake Piru near her house, which she considered as a “sanctuary”. Unfortunately on July 8th, 2020, Rivera disappeared after her four-year-old son, Josey, had beeen seen alone on the boat at Lake Piru. On July 13th, they announced that a body had been found by divers in the lake. It was hers. On July 14th, the Ventura County medical examiner released an autopsy report stating that the cause of death was an accidental drowning and that there was no evidence of injury or intoxication.
Mark Salling was an American actor known for his role as Noah “Puck” Puckerman, a bully and a football player, in the television series Glee. Born in Dallas, Texas, he studied at the Los Angeles College of Music before working as a guitar teacher. On December 29th, 2015, Mark Salling was arrested at his house in Los Angeles, suspected of possessing several thousands of child pornographic photos and videos after a tipped-off by one of his ex-girlfriends. He admitted his guilt , that meant prison for 7 years, so he decided to cut off and , shortly before the sentence, he was found dead from an apparent suicide by hanging on January 30th, 2018, near his house in the Sunland area of Los Angeles ( photograph from Cinematographe.it)
