The Maneskin

In 2017 they take part in the eleventh edition of the talent show X Factor and, after successfully passing the initial stages, they finish second under the guidance of mentor Manuel Agnelli.  Concurrently with the talent comes Chosen, an EP produced by Lucio Fabbri, receiving double platinum by FIMI and containing the single of the same name, which will receive the same certification.  On 7 January 2018 they sign their first appearance on Rai as guests at Che tempo che fa; later they participate in the broadcasts And then there is Cattelan and Ossigeno, the latter conducted by Manuel Agnelli. On 23 March their second single, Morirò da re, the first in Italian,  certified triple platinum, is released. On April 28th they are guests of the Saturday Night Live program, hosted by Claudio Bisio.
The Måneskin at Milano Rocks 2018 on June 12, at the second evening of the Wind Music Awards, they receive the CD Platino awards for the album Chosen and Singolo Platino for the song of the same name. On June 16 they participate in the seventh edition of Radio Italia Live – The concert, and then perform at the Summer Festival 2018. On the date of September 6 of their 2018 autumn tour they open the concert of the Imagine Dragons in Milan.  On September 28th they released the single Torna a casa, which was a huge success, becoming the first single of the group to reach the top of the Top Singles compiled by FIMI.
On October 25th they are guests of the first live of X Factor 12. The following day the first studio album Il ballo della vita is released: in order to present it, in some Italian cinemas on 24 October the documentary This Is Måneskin  is screened (the collection is 74 306 € with 6 428 tickets sold). A European tour follows, Il ballo della vita Tour,  which starts in November 2018 and is sold out in each of the stages, prompting the formation to add new dates in the following summer period.
