SPORT: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES.

Sport is an important activity for our body and mind because it keeps us healthy, strong and happy. It is useful  because it is a way to   relax the tension and anxiety, especially for students who study hard . If you do  a sport activity you will meet people with similar interests to yours. Sports are a great way for families to get exercise together . But playing sports has some disadvantages too, especially in professional fields where there is the problem of doping. Some disadvantages are: poor movement abilities; lack of proper fitness; poor skill development; bad habits developed from over-competition focused on winning; undeveloped and unrefined skills due to under-training.

However, sorts allow us to experience the highs and lows of both winning and losing!
