In this wonderful island I spent five days with my class mates and
some teachers, to attend an english course.
Despite the considerable commitent, we was able to visit different
places.
Of course we visited valletta, the capital of Malta.
We walked around the town, seeing different monuments, the st
john
’s cathedral and we bought some souvenirs among many shops.
I’ve loved Valletta for its colours and for its colours and for its
artistic influences that the city has suffred. In valletta you can see
the english red telephone boxes, but also, you can admire the
baroque style of architecture of churchs and the traditional
balconies called “
gallarija
”.
In those days, we visited also, Marsaxlokk a little village of
fishermen, characterized by many coulored, fishing boats.
St. julians is the heart of the “
movida
” with a lot of bars,
restaurants, discos, but in St. Julians you can see monumments
among the lights and the colours of thr bars.
With the english lessons I learned new vocabulary and curiosities
about the english language. it was very interesting know new
methods of teaching, new teachers and discuss pleasantly with
them.
i will never forget this experience in Malta
