Maria De Filippi is one of the most famous Italian television presenters; she’s also an author and a television producer. Active on television since 1992, when she began working for Canale 5 conducting the afternoon talk show Amici, she consolidated her notoriety in the following years by presenting and producing various formats that later became important television programs of the Mediaset flagship network, such as Men and Women, There is mail for you, Temptation Island, Tú sí que vales and Amici .
She owns with RTI the television production company Fascino PGT, which produces various broadcasts for Mediaset channels. In 2013 she founded the web TV Witty TV, the website and social platform that links to the programs produced by the company.
