Michael Schumacher was born on January 3, 1969, in Germany. He has been one of the greatest car drivers of all time; he was the first to win seven world titles in the Forumla’s 1 history, the first two with Benetton’s car, the remainder with the Ferrari’s car. He won 91 races, 155 podiums and 68 pole positions.

Schumacher was nicknamed “Kaiser”. He also holds some primates: he has the greatest number of pole position and the greatest number of fastest laps during a race.

Schumacher debuted in Formula 1 in 1991 behind the Jordan driving wheel. During a race, the pilot impressed Flavio Briatore, that led him to the Benetton, with Nelson Piquet; until he won the Belgium Grand Prix season of 1992.

In 1994 the world of Formula 1 went into mourning, after the wounds of Barrichello, the death of Ratzenberger during the qualifying lapses and mostly for the death of Senna during the race; however, at the end of the year he won against Hill his first World Championship. Schumacher won also the next World Championship, in 1995; this win was his last with Benetton, because in 1996 he was bought by Ferrari.

His start was difficult, but he arrived third at the World Championship in 1996.

Schumacher from the 2000 changed the world of Ferrari’s, winning five World titles in a row, and making all the Ferrari fans dream.

After 2005 he tried new adventures always within the Formula 1 until he was forced to retire after an off-piste while he was skiing. Michael Schumacher is considered for many people the greatest car driver of all time!
