Me: How old were you when you started acting?
D: I started making videos on my YouTube channel when I was a teenager, but my really first character for a movie was in 2012. I played as Dave in My First Time when I was 20 and I acted in the TV show Teen Wolf since 2011 to 2017, playing Stiles. It was a really important character for me and my profession.
Me: Teen Wolf has quickly become incredibly famous among teenagers. Would you return for another season?
D: Yes, I would; I have loved this show. We were like a family. Tyler Posey, my colleague, is like a brother to me. I have a lot of awesome memories of that period.
Me: After Stiles in Teen Wolf, what character have you played?
D: I was Thomas in the Maze Runner saga and Mitch in American Assassin.
Me: What is your advice for young people who want to become actors or actresses?
D: If this is their passion, they must study, watch movies and learn as much as possible. It is not easy, but with passion and practice you can do whatever you want!
