GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME.

What are the good things in your life? A lot of people consider ‘good things’ the sea, the sunrise and the people they love. I asked myself where I can find real happiness or “what are the good things that could make me happy?”. I realized that happiness is more like a journey rather than a destination. I promised myself never to say “I will be happy when…”, to say that is postponing happiness. However there are moments when sadness is stronger than everything. In those moments I try to focus on the good things in my life. Finding what makes you happy is not easy, but there is something you can do.

We do not choose our trials, but we can choose how to react, resilience has an important role. If you are brave in the days of distress, you will be powerful.

Let’s try to focus on positive thoughts, as a consequence your heart is going to be joyful and a good medicine for your mind and body.

When you have love inside, you can feel joy for other people happiness. It gives strength and resilience to relationships.

By the way you will not find your joy in a few days. It should be your choice to be happy and it will not depend on circumstances. You will consider every little thing as a good thing because you are already satisfied of what you do and of what you are. If you enjoy everything about your life, you are going to be a soul full of joy.
