Overweight damages your hearth and lungs and symptoms may show up even with little physical activity.
Types of fast food, also called junk food, are hamburgers, cheeseburger, French fries, pizza, muffin and so on. They are usually sold in supermarket but there are famous restaurants such as Mc Donald’s, Burger king, Dunkin’, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut…. where you can sit and eat your favorite food.
Fast food is often sold with fizzy drinks that are dangerous for our health too. Coke, ginger, sparkling water, soda contain carbon dioxide and a huge amounts of caffeine and sugar. These ingredients are not only bad for our teeth and weight, but can also cause sleeplessness and agitation.
According to data provided by the World Health Organization the number of obese people in the world, especially in west countries has increased enormously.
To stop obesity we have to change our eating habits and do physical exercise. We should move more everyday, practice a sport or walk and stay less in front of TV.
