Episodes of violence during the celebrations for AC Milan’s victory.

ANSA (Agenzia Nazionale Stampa Associata) is the first multimedia information agency in Italy and the fifth in the world. It was founded in Rome in 1945, and it has the purpose of collecting and transmitting news on the main Italian and world events.

ANSA has 22 offices in Italy and 81 offices in 78 other countries. The main office is in Rome.

Among the many articles, the one that struck me the most was the one concerning some episodes of violence that occurred after AC Milan won the Scudetto.

Milan have achieved an exceptional result, the “Rossoneri” are Italian champions for the 19th time.

The team’s performance was well above expectations, the victory against Sassuolo was clear, with the result of 0-3.

But an episode to be condemned occurred at the end of the match against Sassuolo.

In these hours some videos are circulating on the internet showing the attacks during the invasion of the field for the celebrations of the victory of the championship.

The Reggio Emilia Police Headquarters is carrying out investigations in relation to these episodes of violence between the Milan fans that occurred at the end of the last football match between Sassuolo and Milan at the Mapei Stadium. These would be ultras belonging to the organized groups of the Milan supporters who, for a sort of ‘hegemony’, would have liked to be the only ones to take the field thus opposing the ‘occasional’ fans.

The video surveillance images of the stadium are also being examined in order to identify those responsible.
