AN IMAGINARY INTERVIEW WITH ROBERTO SAVIANO.

Journalist: good morning Mr. Roberto Saviano, thank you for accepting  this interview.

Roberto Saviano: good morning! It’s my  pleasure.

Journalist: for people who don’t know you… who is Roberto Saviano?

Roberto Saviano: Roberto Saviano is a person who has never  been afraid of denouncing the bad things that exist in this world, because I am a journalist, a writer and also a screenwriter. But , first of all ,  I am a person who loves to tell the truth.

Journalist: Since you talk about legality,  politics and  crime, aren’t you afraid of people who don’t agree with you?

Roberto Saviano: I have never been afraid, I will always continue to denounce corrupt people,  mafia, criminals because if we do not report the truth, if we do not make our cry heard, these people will always continue to do what they want .

Journalist: what is living with the protection of escort men like?

Roberto Saviano: at the beginning it was hard because I did not want to be accompanied by these men  anywhere I went ; but now I have  understood  I have to thank them because I feel like a child in danger and they are like my parents to me!

Journalist: Do you have any regrets?

 Roberto Saviano: no regrets!

Journalist: thank you for this interview.

Roberto Saviano: Thanks to you.
